English Seeds is a service offering thirty-minute English lessons for beginners and kids ages 4-6. Our program is designed to introduce new learners to the English language in a fun and engaging way. Our experienced educators use interactive activities and games to help learners develop basic language skills such as speaking, listening, and reading. Cancellation Policy

Please note that purchasing 1, 5 or 10 class package is considered a final sale. Students have a period of 3 months from the date of purchase to complete their package. If a student wishes to cancel their package, they must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, packages cannot be canceled or refunded. Classes within the package can be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 hours' notice before the scheduled class time. If a student is late or absent from a class without sufficient notice, they will be charged the full rate for the class. If the tutor is late by more than 15 minutes or absent from a class without notice, the student has the option to be refunded the full amount for the class or reschedule the class. However, if the tutor is late or absent more than 3 times within the package, the student has the right to request a refund for the remaining amount of the package. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure that our tutors' time is respected and that we can provide the highest level of service to all of our students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.
