English Sprouts is a flexible and convenient option for learners of any level who are looking for a high-quality English learning experience without sacrificing their busy schedule. Our 45-minute lessons are tailored to meet the needs of learners aged 7 and above, and our experienced educators provide engaging and effective instruction to help students achieve their language learning goals. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we allow you to reschedule your class up to one hour before the scheduled start time. Please note that classes are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that purchasing 1, 5 or 10 class package is considered a final sale. Students have a period of 3 months from the date of purchase to complete their package. If a student wishes to cancel their package, they must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, packages cannot be canceled or refunded. Classes within the package can be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 hours' notice before the scheduled class time. If a student is late or absent from a class without sufficient notice, they will be charged the full rate for the class. If the tutor is late by more than 15 minutes or absent from a class without notice, the student has the option to be refunded the full amount for the class or reschedule the class. However, if the tutor is late or absent more than 3 times within the package, the student has the right to request a refund for the remaining amount of the package. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure that our tutors' time is respected and that we can provide the highest level of service to all of our students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.
